1. Introduction
Welcome to One Dhara (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Business
One Dhara is a B2B marketplace that:
- Supplies eco-friendly disposables & packaging products
- Supplies selected FMCG goods
- Facilitates procurement from manufacturers and farmers
- Enables retailers to place bulk orders
- May provide advisory/business sourcing services
We operate as:
- Direct seller of products
- Distributor
- Aggregator (in certain cases)
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Be legally capable of entering contracts
● Provide valid GST details (for B2B buyers where applicable)
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for false information.
4. Account Registration
You agree to:
● Provide accurate information
● Keep login credentials secure
● Immediately inform us of unauthorized access
We are not liable for misuse of your account due to negligence.
5. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices may vary based on bulk quantity.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation (unless credit terms approved).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Regulatory issues
6. Payments
We accept:
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Bank Transfer
For approved retailers, credit terms may be provided separately via written agreement.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- Delays due to transport, weather, government restrictions are not our liability.
- Risk transfers upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if:
● Product is damaged at delivery
● Wrong item delivered
● Manufacturing defect
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
No return on:
● Opened food items
● Customized products
● Bulk orders unless defect proven
9. Intellectual Property
All content including:
- Logo
- Brand name
- Website design
- Product listings
Are property of One Dhara.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Prohibited Use
Users shall not:
- Misuse platform
- Attempt fraud
- Reverse engineer systems
- Post false reviews
- Violate laws
11. Limitation of Liability
One Dhara shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Supplier-related delays beyond our control
Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.
12. Compliance
We follow:
- IT Act, 2000
- Consumer Protection Act (where applicable)
- GST Laws
- Applicable FSSAI and packaging regulations
13. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
● Fraud
● Non-payment
● Policy violations
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of India.
